Missing Adult Alert issued for missing man last seen Wednesday in Amberley Village

A Missing Adult Alert has been issued by Amberly Village police for a missing 82-year-old man not seen since Wednesday night.

Police say they're looking for Royce Starks, a Black man standing 5'8", 185 pounds with white hair and brown eyes.

Officials say Starks was last seen wearing a royal blue polo shirt with blue jeans and a black baseball hat with "negro league" in red lettering.

Authorities say Starks drove away from his home at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday and has not returned home. According to police, Starks suffers from memory issues and law enforcement are concerned for his safety.

Police say the vehicle he drove off in is a silver 2011 Toyota Corolla with Ohio license plate, numbered HDJ4694.
